Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing sales office operations and support duties for the Walmart/Sam’s National Accounts Sales Team warehouse business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and schedule shipments with customer service and warehouse
2. Communicate with inside and outside carriers as needed
3. Prepare and maintain shipping documents as needed
4. Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
5. Ensure compliance with customer and company policies-palletization, shipping temp, damage,
6. Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams
7. Maintain accurate shipping records
8. Maintain price files

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and 2+ years’ related sales administration and coordination experience. *Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

• Work requires experience in sales administration and basic sales analysis as needed
• Ability to utilize all Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel
• Work may require the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Basic knowledge of grocery industry is helpful
• Basic understanding of how internal departments operate together.
