Global Manufacturer is looking for a Human Resources Manager with Spanish capabilities.
This position is responsible for providing human resources service, advice and counsel to the plant’s management and employee team in the acquisition, development, deployment, and retention of their organization’s human resources while remaining strategically aligned with the business’ strategy, goals and objectives.
- Respond to employee inquires of benefits, payroll, compensation, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and maintain all HR data, including employee records.
- Possess initiative to improve processes and have a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees and be perceived as an approachable and knowledgeable resource.
- Collaborates with safety team and management on workers’ compensation issues to ensure compliance and care for the employee.
- Maintains current knowledge of various HR related laws, regulations, practices and procedures.
- Works with Department Managers regarding compliance with all applicable state and federal employment regulations and Human Resources policies and while meeting business unit/department goals.
- Demonstrate ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required. 5+ years of HR experience in 24/7 operation. Experience managing a team. SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
Salary: $99,600- $130,000 plus $7K yearly bonus.
This position is eligible for relocation.
