Responsible for managing a foodservice broker network, while also identifying strategic opportunities within the region, and assisting with corporate account management. In addition to these functions, the Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining current food service accounts, developing new accounts, and managing the region’s budget. Position can be based out of Arizona or Southern California.

- Expand sales to existing accounts through new and existing products and services.
- Provide customer service to existing accounts.
- Manage regional broker network.
- Manage assigned key corporate foodservice accounts.
- Managing pricing proposals utilizing product price lists and Blacksmith Applications.
- Review broker performance at least annually on growth of business, completion of objectives and ability to present products and services effectively.
- Ensure P & A and expenditures do not exceed budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of related experience are required.

- Work requires experience in food service sales account management and food broker management.
- Work requires ability to manage corporate account activity.
- Work requires ability to negotiate effectively and to persuade decision makers.
- Work requires ability to obtain positive results through sales professionals.
- Work requires ability to communicate effectively in oral and written presentations.
- Work requires ability to analyze current and recommend sales opportunities.
- Work requires a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Work requires basic restaurant and related food service industry knowledge.
Salary range $110,000 to $134,000 plus 20% Discretionary Bonus, Car Benefit, and a Full Benefit Packet including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life insurance and AD&D Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance, and Flexible Spending Accounts. Additionally, we offer a 401(k) plan with matching. Vacation Pay and 8 Paid Holidays.
