Retail Sales Manager - Grocery Industry, Spanish fluent

Azteca Milling L.P. is excited to announce an immediate opportunity for a dynamic Retail Sales Manager! In this key role, you’ll lead the growth of our Azteca Retail Products across the U.S. East region, driving market expansion and strengthening our presence. The ideal candidate will be based in New York or New Jersey, serving as a strategic partner in one of our most influential territories.

• Reach sales goals per Region per Product Line.

• Increase relationships with Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers, Brokers, and Merchandisers Companies.

• Educate distributors sales force and General Market Retailers in all the usage of MASECA® Corn Masa Flour and other AMLP products.

• Guarantee availability of the AMLP Retail Products at the Hispanic Markets

• Increase distribution of the AMLP Retail Products in the general Market Stores

• Inform Retailers about the importance of Carrying MASECA® Retail in their product mix, and the bases for Hispanic Basket.

• Execute to detail Marketing Campaigns in the Hispanic Market

• Manage trade and promotional budgets.

• Execute and Apply AMLP Directives in all the level of the Chain Supply Channels.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field, plus three years of retail sales experience in the food industry. * Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

• Competency with Excel, Outlook, and other Window applications.

• Ability to travel 60%-70% of the time as needed to conduct business meetings, service the customer base and generate additional business.

• Familiar with the Southeast Region

• Bilingual Spanish, required.

Salary range $145,000 to $152,000 plus 10% Discretionary Bonus, 10% Sales Commission, Car Benefit, and a Full Benefit Packet including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life insurance and AD&D Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance, and Flexible Spending Accounts. Additionally, we offer a 401(k) plan with matching. Vacation Pay and 8 Paid Holidays.
