Oversee effective functionality, troubleshooting, and improvements of the Mobile Frame System across all Mission Foods Divisions. Support the maintenance of raw material and finished product specifications in the ERP system. Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements through routine audits and documentation reviews. This role involves collaboration with third-party auditors, laboratory contacts, and government entities. Participate in innovation projects to enhance internal processes and data analysis. Duties include the following:

 

 

  • Oversee the functionality of the Mobile Frame System for quality analysis data in all Mission Foods Divisions.
  • Support the upkeep and distribution of raw material and product specifications in the ERP system to ensure quality and availability.
  • Monitor and coordinate adherence to Preventive Control, Food Safety, and internal standards through routine audits of Quality Programs, including Internal Audits, Calibration, Scorecards, Warehouse Weight Audits, and External Laboratory Testing.
  • Monitor compliance with finished product performance requirements using statistical control tools.
  • Monitor facility compliance with Environmental regulatory requirements, including laboratory testing, documentation, and coordination of internal audits.
  • Monitor the Sustainability Program practices at the facility level by ensuring appropriate contractor services and maintaining internal reports for decision-making.
  • Participate in innovation projects by coordinating efforts of key users and programmers, ensuring timely and within-scope completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • 20% domestic and 10% international travel.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, food science, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or quality management roles in food or beverage manufacturing. Requires two years of experience in the following:

 

  1. Internal audits;
  2. SAP quality management;
  3. ERP Systems and data management platforms;
  4. Food safety standards and preventive controls;
  5. Regulatory requirements such as FDA & FSMA requirements,
  6. Certification agencies such as SQF, AIB, GFCO, and QAI
