The Associate Digital Marketing Manager supports the execution of the brand’s digital marketing initiatives across Organic Social, Paid Media, Retail Media, Digital Shelf, and brand websites. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, playing a critical part in bringing digital strategies to life through campaign setup, creative development, coordination, and performance tracking.
Campaign Execution & Optimization

- Support the setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital campaigns across Paid Media, Retail Media, and Organic Social channels.
- Assist with campaign builds, trafficking, QA, updates, and issue flagging in partnership with Digital Marketing Manager, agencies, and vendors.
- Monitor live campaigns for accuracy and performance, supporting optimization recommendations as needed.
Creative Development & Management

- Coordinate digital creative development across platforms, supporting briefing, versioning, reviews, approvals, and asset delivery.
- Review creative for brand consistency, accuracy, and platform best‑practice alignment.
- Manage creative timelines, assets, and workflows across paid media, social, retail media, and web initiatives.
Organic Social Media Support

- Support execution of Organic Social content, including scheduling, publishing, content creation, and coordination with agencies.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely, accurate execution.
Retail Media, Digital Shelf & Website Support

- Support Retail Media execution, including campaign setup, asset coordination, and performance tracking.
- Assist with Digital Shelf maintenance to ensure product content accuracy and compliance across retailer platforms.
- Support ongoing website updates, including product content refreshes, asset swaps, and accuracy checks, coordinating with agencies or internal teams as needed.
Reporting, Coordination & Operations

- Pull, compile, and maintain digital performance reports, dashboards, trackers, and campaign documentation across channels in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Support basic analysis and summaries to inform optimizations and recommendations.
- Act as a day-to-day coordinator across Brand, Sales, agencies, and vendors, supporting meetings, timelines, recaps, and follow-ups.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, or related agency/brand roles.
Experience supporting digital campaign execution, creative coordination, or media activation preferred.
CPG, retail, or agency experience a plus.

- Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing channels, including Paid Media, Social Media, Retail Media, Websites, and eCommerce.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, tools, and performance metrics.
- Experience coordinating creative assets, timelines, and approvals.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Proactive, execution-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in digital marketing.
