Under limited supervision, manages, prepares, maintains and coordinates administrative aspects of Capex projects and departmental documents for the Engineering Deapartment.  

 

  • CEAs - Responsible for managing the CEAs, including: reviewing CEA slides with Project Leader to ensure accurate and complete information, training of Project Leaders in the creation of CEA slides and CEA documentation on intranet CEA Portal, keeping records of Presented and Approved CEA slides, reviewing and managing the CEA creation and submittal process, submitting CEA’s for signature process, updating and maintaining documentation folders.
  • Assets Management - Responsible for managing and coordinating Assets, including: asset tagging, coordinating assets disposal documentation.
  • Procedures and Forms – creates forms and procedures with the direction of Project Director and/or Engineering Director, maintains and updates the forms and procedures, trains users in the use of forms, ensures the compliance with procedures.
  • Project Documentation Review – Reconciles Project Information with SAP and accounting information, confirms CEA project updates and closures are reflected accurately in the CIP report.
  • Record Keeping/Reporting – accurately maintains CEA tracking report and Capex project approval report consisting of yearly/monthly/weekly data.
  • Supports the role of the Engineering Accounting Coordinator as needed with the activities of Goods Receiving, POR’s processing, Invoicing Processing.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2 years of experience in similar position. Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

  • Work requires experience with capital expenditure projects and the associated record-keeping.
  • Work requires ability to skillfully operate Microsoft Office software, SAP, Scan-Pro, Adobe
