CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Azteca Milling LP, the producer of MASECA, is a division of Gruma Corporation. With over 60 years of experience, Gruma is the world's largest producer of corn masa flour. Azteca Milling L.P. is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team at the Corporate Headquarters located in Irving, TX.

• Receive, review, and handle customer orders.
• Assist customers and sales managers, as necessary.
• Communicate any order changes to Sales and Logistics
• Perform various secretarial-type duties for the Logistics Manager and Warehouse Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Associate degree or minimum 2 years of college. Three (3) years of experience in a similar position. * Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Knowledge of SAP and good computer skills (Excel, Word)
• Ability to perform, basic math calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Good communications skills
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
