We are looking for an experienced Marketing leader to join our National Brand Marketing team leading and growing our snacks product lines, including chips, chicharrones, and dips. This person is responsible for developing and executing our snacks strategy and plans working with external agencies and Consumer Insights teams. You will have the opportunity to develop national snacks-led campaigns and create new products, from opportunity assessment to product development and market launch. This is a high-visibility role and a great opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative Marketing team making significant contributions to our company’s growth.

 

 

  1. Build our Snack segments strategy, including brand vision and growth objectives based on consumer insights, category trends, and deep understanding of market dynamics.
  2. Develop annual plans for snack segments with annual brand and communication plans.
  3. Provide guidance to external agencies on creative and POS development, including photography and video assets.
  4. Develop and lead the execution of national Marketing programs and tactics to drive sales volume.
  5. Lead snacks portfolio performance tracking and analysis for continuous improvement.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams to build product innovation pipeline and develop new, exciting products working in a Stage Gate process to launch new products and flavor extensions.
  7. Manage external agencies on development and execution of ecommerce, search, advertising, and social media campaigns. Manage periodic reporting of online campaigns and provide recommendations to improve KPIs.
  8. Oversee the build of first-party database to gather consumer information to engage our audiences, understanding our online consumer base and communicate with them effectively.
  9. Provide recommendations to Executive Teams based on analytical and consumer insights to enable decision-making.
  10. Work with Sales organization to meet sales objectives and ensure programs are effectively implemented.

 

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of  brand management experiemce in  CPG industry required.

Any combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

 

  • Experience in Marketing, strategy development and consumer Marketing programs execution.
  • Experience with online Marketing campaigns, tools, key performance indicators, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of Nielsen metrics and reporting, Marketing and CPG sales performance KPIs.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and communications skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
