The Associate Brand Manager, Snacks, will play a critical role in supporting the National Brand team supporting the Mission, Calidad, and Guerrero snack offerings. The position will have a strong focus on innovation development and tactical execution and will partners closely with the brand teams to bring brand strategies to life, translating insights into action across product launches, commercialization, and inmarket support.

This position is ideal for a highly analytical, executionoriented marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to build foundational brand management skills while owning meaningful pieces of the business.

 

    • Innovation & Execution Leadership:
      • Develop innovation strategy and pipeline priorities across snacks portfolio in support of individual brand’s positioning
      • Manage timelines, deliverables, and crossfunctional coordination from concept to launch
      • Ensure innovation is executed onstrategy and ontime
    • Data Analysis & Business Support
      • Analyze brand and category performance to support decisionmaking and optimization of existing portfolio and innovation
      • Leverage syndicated data and internal reporting to develop actionable insights
      • Support business reviews, presentations, and performance tracking to optimize brand and product performance
    • Brand Activation & Tactical Support
      • Support brand positioning and communication strategies through insight-driven decision making
      • Develop and execute in-store programming, innovation launch plans, and marketing support in conjunction with brand teams
      • Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver highquality brand materials
      • Support commercialization efforts in partnership with Sales and Trade Marketing
      • Manage assigned marketing budgets effectively and track performance against objectives
    • Cross‑Functional & External Leadership:
      • Work closely with Mission and Guerrero brand teams, Insights, R&D, Procurement, and Operations teams
      • Work closely with agency partners to deliver strong brand communications and activation
      • Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Procurement, and Operations to drive strong execution and commercialization

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required, MBA preferred.

2-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related CPG roles. *Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
    • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
    • High learning ability and interest in developing into a Brand Manager role
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience developing compelling insights-driven materials
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
    • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and vendor partners
    • Positions work 100% on site
    • Travel up to 5%
