This position is responsible for providing sales office operations and analysis duties for the Sales Team.

 

  • Coordinate and maintain all contract processing and maintenance activities.
  • Maintain sales information on the sales share drive including promotional allowances.
  • Maintain integrity and accuracy of sales reports to include Transportation, Customer Master, Distributor, Price, and DSD Route.
  • Preform basic sales analysis to support sales activities.
  • Organize, administer and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annual reports.
  • Provide for the maintenance and accuracy of Liberty information.
  • Coordinate sales meetings.
  • Maintain sales files and proper supplies and equipment for efficient operation of sales office.

 

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 2+ years’ related sales administration and coordination experience. *Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

 

  • Work requires experience in sales administration and basic sales analysis.
  • Ability to utilize all Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in oral presentations and in writing.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on analysis.
  • Ability to quickly learn SAP, Panorama, Liberty, and DMS.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English and Spanish.
  • Basic knowledge of grocery industry.
  • Basic understanding of how internal departments operate together.
  • Work requires minimal travel.
