Quality Assurance Supervisor-Indianapolis

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required. Degree from an accredited College or University preferred.
• 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment required.  Bakery or food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity or 4 years as a Lead required.
• Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.
• Quality Assurance Experience desirable
• Knowledge in HACCP and Food Safety Programs
• Computer Literacy, Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) desirable
• Knowledge of statistics preferred
• Good communications skills
